Who we are
The Gallery ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: thegallerybysg@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you join our launch list we collect your email address. We do not collect any other personal data through this site at present.
Why and on what legal basis
We use your email address only to tell you about our launch and related news. Our legal basis is your consent (UK GDPR / EU GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and PECR). You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing us.
Who we share it with
Your email is stored with Kit (ConvertKit LLC), our email provider, which acts as our processor. Kit is based in the United States; transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, after which it is removed within 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email us to exercise any of these rights; we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local EU data protection authority.
Cookies
We only use strictly necessary storage — for example, to remember your cookie choice. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or other optional cookies in future, they will only run after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.
